What is the return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. For a change of mind, furniture must be unused, unassembled and in its original condition with the required packaging and parts. Contact us before sending anything back. Damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items follow our store-paid return process. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for full conditions.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us promptly with your order number. You may cancel for a full refund, with no cancellation fee, before your order is handed to UPS. We will check its dispatch status and confirm the cancellation. After dispatch, please follow our Refunds & Returns Policy.
When will I get my order?
Orders take 1–3 business days to process, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit with UPS. Our daily cut-off is 2:00 PM U.S. Central Time. Orders at or after the cut-off, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays enter the queue on the next business day. We email tracking details after dispatch. How do I check that furniture will fit?
Check the product dimensions and measure your available floor space, doorways, hallways, stairways and delivery route. Leave room to open drawers and pull out dining chairs. Our Furniture Size Guide explains the key measurements; contact us if you need help before ordering.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum order value. We use UPS. For a personal-preference return, the customer pays the return shipping or collection cost; approved returns for damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods are at our expense.
